In Ref. 4 we mistakenly reported that virgin lot -008 was recycled. It is commonly believed that the PANTEX "890" designation refers to virgin material, and that "891" refers to recycled material. Actually these numbers are more general process descriptors that usually, but not always, correspond to the virgin/recycled HE class
