The cone reconstruction uses some of Carpentier's principles and a clockwise rotation of the anterior and posterior leaflets, resulting in low mortality and morbidity.

Ann Thorac Surg 2000;69:1505-10. ▶ These authors report the feasibility of biventricular repair in neonates with Ebstein's anomaly whose prognosis nowadays remains very poor. Using results from 5 years' follow-up, they describe an early surgical repair technique.
