In glass science the term "order parameters" is traditionally used for numbers that in conjunction with pressure and temperature completely characterize a glass-i.e., the molecular structure. In order to avoid confusion with the use of the term in connection with critical phenomena, it may be prudent to just speak of "parameters" or "order" parameters.
