The kinetic energy cut-offs of the plane wave basis set were 25 Ry and 300 Ry for the wave functions and the charge density, respectively, k-point sampling is done with a uniform mesh of 40 k-points in the 1D BZ zone. The integration up to the Fermi level was done by a standard broadening technique (Ref. 25) with the smearing parameter of 0.005 Ry.
