    • Note that in these estimations the average volume is taken as proportional to (Formula presented) and not to (Formula presented) as in Ref. 6. We surmise that it is more realistic since (Formula presented) being the most probable diameter, does not have any other meaning. The numerical estimations for (Formula presented) (and (Formula presented) that we get are considerably greater that those given in Ref. 6 due to two reasons: (1) a different way of definition of the average volume and (2) an error in Ref. 6, due to which the value of (Formula presented) really used there was 2.5 times smaller than the one announced in the text
