    • With such a short growth length, it is useful to check the growth of higher-order ``flute'' perturbations. We find that the m th-moment flute growth length scales in the weak focusing limit as Lgm= Lg( b / a )m-1. Thus for a << b, the dipole ( m = 1 ) mode dominates.
