    • PC measurements were done in a similar way as reported earlier [10]: the electrical contacts evaporated on two opposing faces of the same crystal were made of gold with a thickness of 30 nm or rather 6 nm where transparency was needed. The contact configuration was in such a way that the light was hitting the transparent part of the top contact therefore producing free charge carriers across the entire crystal. {A figure is presented} The excitation source was a 450 W xenon lamp (FL-1039) and the photocurrent was detected with an electrometer (EM, model 6517A, Keithley). The stabilized voltage supply of this electrometer was also used for applying 1000 V across the opposing electrodes. Again the spectra were corrected for the background (including dark current) and the xenon-lamp spectrum.
