17. We used EHMO to work at the same level of sophistication as ESQC where, due to the size of the system, it is the only practical method. Notice however, than even if far from state-of-the-art methods, EHMO is expected to give a quite good description of the MOs. See. Stowasser R., and Hoffmann R. J. Amer. Chem.
