His research interests include outdoor management development, management discourse, metaphor and organizational theory. His current research concerns the evaluation of management training effectiveness. Cliff Oswick is Professor in Organisational Theory and Development at the University of Leicester. His research interests are concerned with the discursive analysis of organizations and organizing processes. In particular, his current research focuses upon the social construction of identities through personal branding, dialogic aspects of organizational learning, and boundary objects as texts.
