    • The ECAFM consists of conventional AFM equipped with electrochemical cell connected to an external potentiostat. The electrochemical cell is composed of working, reference, and counter electrodes. The insulating precursor polymer is spin-coated onto glass, placed in the electrochemical cell, and then filled with electrolyte solution.
