The frequency 29.3 MHz was chosen to obtain the maximum Cu63 signal from the 28.6-MHz resonance while avoiding signals from the Cu65 isotopic companions of the 30.6- and 31.3-MHz Cu63 resonances.

The apparent onset temperatures shown in the inset to Fig. 2 are roughly 3 K higher than the Meissner onsets due, we believe, to a systematic temperature error in our gas-flow temperature-control system.
