A retrospective chart review of 100 patients who underwent a TVT. The authors found a 20% rate of voiding dysfunction 3 months after surgery (defined by peak flow <15 ml/s). They found that age and the preoperative maximum urine flow rate were the only significant risk factors for postoperative voiding dysfunction.
