2 = 0.162, GOF = 1.061. The diffraction data were collected with a Bruker Smart Apex CCD area detector with graphite-monochromatized Mo Kα radiation (λ = 0.71073 Å) at room temperature. The structure was solved by using the program SHELXL and Fourier difference techniques. The chlorine atoms and the oxygen atoms in the perchloride anions were refined anisotropically, whereas, other disordered atoms were refined isotropically. Despite these short intermolecular separation might be marked errors in the Platon checking program, these problems should be ignored, since the Platon program had several limitations when it was used to validate the CIF files of structures with heavy disordered behaviors.
