CPACC successfully assisted in establishing mechanisms to address the adverse effects of climate change, particularly sea-level rise, in coastal and marine areas, through such tools as vulnerability assessment, adaptation planning and capacity-building. These mechanisms were successfully introduced in the twelve participating countries (Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago).
