    • A typical procedure was as follows: 3.43 g 3, 11.6 g 1, 1.29 g AIBN were dissolved in 100 mL dioxane, the solution was heated at 65 °C under nitrogen and stirring for 16 h, after dioxane was removed, the residual was subjected to dialysis (Benzoylated tubing D-7884, MWCO 1200 Sigma) against chloroform for 3 days, the polymer was recovered by remove of the chloroform.

    • 22 (6.89 mmol of allyl), 21 g 2-amino-ethanethiol hydrochloride (185 mmol), and 1 g AIBN (5.58 mmol) were dissolved in 450 mL of dried DMF and heated at 65 °C under nitrogen for 12 h, then the DMF was removed under reduced pressure. The residual was subjected to dialysis against methanol/water (2:1, v/v) in presence of 5 g potassium carbonate for 24 h, followed by dialysis against methanol for 12 h. The polymer was recovered by remove the methanol.
