    • There is an important distinction to be drawn here between the poor who are the subject of such business school thinking-those that earn up to $2000 a year-and those who survive on less that $1 or $2 a day and who may continue to be overlooked in such models. For the latter traditional development assistance may continue to be necessary. We are grateful to Rhys Jenkins for making this observation
