    • In case of 1-Si only the 11 reflection could be observed along with the 0k reflections, thus the angle γ of the oblique lattice could not be calculated from the d values of the reflections (for the calculation of the three lattice parameters a, b, and γ three linearly independent reflections are necessary). Instead it has been determined by direct measurement on the pattern to γ = 97°. The indexing has been done in analogy to the patterns of 2-Si, which shows a sufficient number of reflections for a unique assignment of the indices
