    • Normally, higher molecular mass polysaccharides are very difficult to analyze using the MALDI-TOF/MS method. In order to detect such polysaccharides, higher laser energy is required because then the glycosidic bonds tend to cleave. Here, the energy strength was controlled so that we could detect the sample polysaccharides with the molecular mass lower than ∼2000.
