23. For problem titles where no resolution could be reached by consulting the respective library's online catalog, we contacted the library staff directly. Even after such contact, we were still unable to account for the titles in question.
24. Apparently, when non-English language journal titles include summaries of their articles in English, the original language of the journal is not encoded in the fixed fields.
