    • H2O and dioxane-HaO infinity points for the hydrolysis reactions of the 8-quinolyl acetals were stable (8-10 half-lives).
    • This was not observed with the other metal ions, in 50% dioxane-H2O, nor in any of the reactions of III. Therefore, it was not investigated further.
