Program and abstracts of the American Urological Association 2006 Annual Meeting. May 20-25, 2006; Atlanta, GA. The abstract presents the efficacy and safety of tamsulosin in combination with extended-release oxybutynin in men with LUTS. Significant improvements in AUA symptom score and storage subscore were demonstrated with combination therapy. Elevated PVRs were observed in six and one of the oxybutynin and placebo patients, respectively.
