    • It is worth mentioning here that P.M. Duxbury recently achieved the connection, with the q not=1 formalism, of another large class of anomalous diffusions, namely, the so called correlated one which is characterized by the equation partial [p(x,t)]μ/ partial t = D partial2[p(x,t)]ν/ partial x2. He obtained q = 1 + μ - ν. The particular case μ=1 had already been discussed by H. Spohn [, ]: ν=3 corresponds to standard solid on solid (SOS) surface models.
