The previous paper [18] contained an unfortunate misprint: in [18] it is stated that "the experimental value of the NiO lattice constant, 2.947 Å, is used. In fact, 2.947 Å is the nearest neighbour Ni-Ni distance and corresponds to the correct lattice constant of 4.168 Å.
