27. After we submitted this Letter, Shin et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 97, 030401 (2006)] reported the observation of a shell structure in a trapped unbalanced Fermi gas that is consistent with the shell structure of the Sarma phase. However, Shin et al. interpret their finding as evidence for phase separation, although there is no indication of a first-order transition in the data presented.
