    • 2COCl 6e to imine 2a was 1.3:1.0, ratios of 13a:14a were obtained in 80:20, 84: 16, 85:15, 84:16, and 78:22, respectively, in the presence of 1.0, 1.3, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.6 equiv of triethylamine. On the basis of the above results, the amount of triethylamine does not affect the ratio of products obviously.
