    • Impedance spectroscopy was used to measure the RC time constant of the solar cell that arises from the series resistance and capacitivity of the conducting glass/electrolyte interfaces. RC times were about 0.1 ms, which is more than 1 order of magnitude smaller than the time constants obtained from light modulation response. The effect of substrate RC time on electron transport and lifetime measurements could therefore be neglected.
