Two active probes from Tektronix, P6249 (4 GHz) with 20 kΩ input impedance and P6245 (1.5 GHz) with 1 MΩ impedance, show similar results, but P6249 offers better signal-to-noise ratio due to a lesser attenuation factor, 5x (instead of 10x for P6245) and thus was mostly used.
