    • The overlaid structures were generated in the following manner: the equilibrium conformations of compounds were determined in Spartan (Wavefunction Inc.) using molecular mechanics (MMFF94 forcefield). The structures were then manually overlaid using the alignment feature in DSViewerPro (Accelrys Inc.).
