The four carbon atoms on the isonieotinate ring are disordered, and have been successfully modeled with two mutually perpendicular sets (C1, C2, C4, C5, and C7, CS, C10, C11) with partial occupancies [0.508(3) and 0.492(3)]. Only one of the two orientations (C1, C2, C4, C5) is shown in Figs. 1 and 3.
