The Illustrated Manuscripts Of Which Fourteen Predating The First Printed Edition (1480) Survive Have Been Collected And Analyzed In An Excellent Article By, including reproductions of all of the relevant illustrations. The tools listed by Hesiod (lines 423-436 and 468-470) are the mortar, pestle, mallet, wheel, plough, cart, mattock, and goad.
