One of the professors who read the Southern Literature overview stated in her written comments that she would have given the overview an overall quality rating of 2.5 had that option been presented. Since that option was not presented on our five-point Likert scale, she chose to assign the overview a numerical rating of "3." Her rating of "3" is reflected in the statistics presented in Table 1.
