    • Multifield saturation magnetization data were collected on crystals of the complex using a Quantum Design MPMS squid magnetometer. Measurements were performed in the 5–300 K temperature range at six field strengths (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Tesla). The magnetization of the sample holder (kel F bucket) was measured at the same temperatures and field strengths and subtracted from the sample measurements. The diamagnetic correction was estimated from Pascals constants.

In agreement with the structural data, the two metal sites are assumed to be identical. The usual hypothesis is made that for each ion the zero‐field splitting and g tensors can be diagonalized simultaneously.
