19. A closer analysis of the theoretical results reported in Ref. 7 revealed that the predictions were flawed by inconsistencies in the phase of the normal coordinates used in the calculation of the vibration-rotation interaction constants. These inconsistencies also affected, although in minor extent, the sextic centrifugal distortion constants. Correction of these errors yields results in satisfactory agreement with those reported in the present paper.
