    • Theoretical spectra are calculated for perfectly flat interfaces between layers and for a normal (90°) incidence of light. Samples prepared by magnetron sputtering always present some interface roughness and are measured with a 50° incidence of light. These differences can explain the deviation of experimental spectra from calculated ones.
