    • We assume that the interference correction develops at temperatures for which the interaction renormalization of conductivity is still in the perturbative regime. This sets the requirement for charging energy suppressed by quantum fluctuations, E C ∼ EC exp (-γ gT), to be sufficiently small: E C Tcr.
