Determining the affinities of salt marsh fucoids using microsatellite markers: Evidence of hybridization and introgression between two species of Fucus (Phaeophyta) in a Maine estuary
-
Aaron Wallace recently completed his PhD program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of New Hampshire; he is interested in the population genetics, population structure, and genetic response to environmental selection within the genus Fucus. Anita S. Klein is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of New Hampshire. Over the last decade her research activities have focused on microevolutionary processes in response to climate change, and investigation of population structure. Arthur C. Mathieson is a Professor of Plant Biology at the University of New Hampshire. He is primarily interested in the ecology, systematics, and floristic studies of seaweeds, including introduced taka, fucoid algae, and the genus Porphyra.
