19. A low-energy conformer of 1 was obtained from molecular mechanics calculations by using the MM+ force field implemented on the HyperChem 6.01 program (Hypercube, Inc., Gainesville, USA). Corresponding pdb data were imported in the AMIRA program (Indeed-Visual Concepts GmbH, Berlin, Germany) and were visually fitted into the EM density data with the aid of stereo glasses (CrystalEyes, StereoGraphics Corporation, San Rafael, USA).
