Polyisoprene block chains for the present block copolymers are preferentially conformed of 1,2- and 3,4-addition microstructures, therefore, interaction parameter against polystyrene is different from that of polystyrene- polyisoprene. χ parameter was determined to be χ=0.035+19/T by small angle neutron scattering experiments at high temperature for a low-molecular-weight deuterated polystyrene-polyisoprene diblock copolymer.
