The Rb, Fe, P, and N atoms were refined anisotropically, the C and O atoms were refined isotropically, and the hydrogen atoms were allowed to ride on their parent atoms. 562 parameters, R1 = 0.0797 (for reflections with I > 2σ(I)), wR2 = 0.2055 (all data), S = 1.035, largest peak (hole) 1.527(-1.023).
