46. 3N (0.05 mmol) and benzyl mercaptane (2.5 mmol), the solution was stirred for 15 minutes, and compound 1 in dry THF (0.5 ml) was added dropwise via syringe. The solution was stirred at low temperature untill the starting material disappeared (TLC), or warmed to room temperature after addition. The mixture was directly subject to chromatography using silica gel (Merck, silic gel 60, 0.0404.063 mm) and pentane/ethyl acetate (4/1 or 5/1) as eluents. The products were obtained as an oil or a solid.
