    • Electrical resistance of the heating disk was estimated by the measured value of VII, where V and I are applied voltage and current to the heating cell assembly, respectively. Although the disk heater has the largest resistivity within the system, we superimposed additional series resistance, including that of the electrode and power supply system, to estimated the resistance value.
