    • Absorption and fluorescence spectra were recorded at room temperature on a Cary 4 spectrophotometer (Varian) and a FluoroMax 3.0 (Jobin Yvon, Horiba) spectrofluorometer, respectively. Excitation wavelength for emission spectra was 360 nm in all cases.
