24. Additional modifications to the spin detector have been made to achieve steady-state spin polarizations of 30%, as previously demonstrated in Ref.. We have not investigated the DNP in these higher-efficiency devices. The highest steady-state spin polarizations have been reported in spin-LED's with an MgO tunnel junction as the injector: see X.
