Structural similarity was assessed on the basis of Tanimoto coefficients (i.e., by a simple 2D fragment-based approach; see, for example: X. Chen, C. H. Reynolds, J. Chem. Inf. Comput. Sci. 2002, 42, 1407-1014). Similarity analyses using other approaches are currently underway, and the results of these studies will be published elsewhere.
