22. No significant change was observed in the CD spectra that were recorded 10, 20, and 30 min after the addition of DNA to the liposome suspensions with respect to those performed at time t = 0. Because there were no differences between the spectra acquired after 12 h and those acquired after 24 h, measurements were taken after 24 h for opportunity.
