3. Net tui (literally, "internal retirement") means retirement within the enterprise or work unit, and what it refers to is that a worker who is nearing retirement age is allowed to retire early. The amount this worker receives will be somewhat lower than that received by someone taking normal retirement but higher than that received by a worker who has been laid off. Generally speaking, workers who take early retirement of this sort can convert to normal retirement status when they reach retirement age.
