25. The value of b is also consistent with earlier measurements, once one eliminates the rapid rise in C/T at low T. This rapid rise is most likely an artifact caused by the substrate heterogeneity. Ocura and Hamaizawa used the lowest T data to fit the slope of C(T)/TT. Our results are inconsistent with theirs.
