It is also used by Karl Marx at the end of chapter 5 in his Capital, vol. 1. As there seems to be a some lack of clarity about Marx's usage and purpose, given that Marx refers to Hegel's usage in a footnote, my own usage is more in the spirit of Aesop's fable; that is, as a challenge.
