8. In response to an observation by KD, I note that the second factor of a in the Poisson equation (7c) corrects a typographical error in the original version of the manuscript. That error did not propagate or affect any logic, calculations, or conclusions in my Comment. In particular, the proof of Casimir invariance outlined in Ref. 11 does not depend on the form of the Poisson equation.
