    • , ethylenediamine (0.3 ml), and 2,2′-bpy (0.13 g) in a molar ratio of 8: 3: 3000: 1: 25: 4 was stirred for ca. 30 min in air, and then was sealed in a 30 ml Teflon-lined stainless bomb and heated at 160°C for 3 days and then cooled to room temperature. The resulting product, consisting of single crystals of compound 1 in the form of brown blocks, was recovered by filtration.
